Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, we offer a full refund within a 30-day period, only if the items haven’t been installed and are in resalable condition.

If you would like to return a product, you can do so by completing the returns form below and attaching your proof of purchase.

Our team will then provide you with a UPS return label. Please include your original receipt or website order confirmation email with your returned items. Make sure that your items are in their original packaging, haven’t been installed, and are in a resalable condition. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

It is the responsibility of the customer to organize a pick-up or drop-off with UPS.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Beacon Lighting America.

Please note that Beacon Lighting can only process returns of items that have been purchased on our website. For purchases made at a retail store, or on another website, please contact your place of purchase for assistance.

Beacon Lighting Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every Lucci Air and Fanaway ceiling fan is thoroughly inspected and tested before being released for sale. The exclusive limited lifetime warranty only applies to Fanaway and Lucci Air brand ceiling fans and is only valid if purchase from an authorized Beacon Lighting dealer. It is also only valid to the original purchaser or user.

Lifetime Warranty

If any part of your ceiling fan motor fails to the original purchaser or user due to a defect in material or workmanship, as determined solely by Beacon Lighting, Beacon will provide you with a replacement fan free of charge. The foregoing limited warranty applies only to the motor itself and does not apply to electronic controls.

One-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for one (1) full year to the original purchaser or user against all defects in materials, workmanship, and electronic controls – such as remote-control transmitters, remote control receivers, or capacitors.

Three-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for three (3) full years to the original purchaser or user against defects on LED light kit modules due to material or workmanship.

The warranty is voided with the use of any non - Fanaway or Lucci Air devices, E.g., wall controls or electrical dimmer switches, etc.
The warranty is void once the original purchaser or user ceases to own the fan or the fan is moved from its original point of installation.
The warranty is void with the use of any hanger bracket (non-Fanaway or Lucci Air or non-fan specific) other than the hanger bracket supplied & installed with this specific fan.
The Warranty is voided due to modification, tampering, and any aftermarket alterations.
Labor Excluded. This warranty does not cover any costs or fees associated with the labor (including electrician’s fees) required to install, remove, or replace a fan or any fan parts.
A copy of the original receipt of purchase must be presented.
