Step By Step Guide

  1. Black three-blade ceiling fan above a tan leather sofa and round black coffee tables in a living room with sheer curtains and a timber slat ceiling

    Choose Your Color

Matte black provides a striking fit for industrial and mid-century modern spaces, while crystal-detailed fixtures bring a touch of glamour to dining rooms. If you are looking to create a coastal or Hampton-inspired vibe, warm timbers, crisp white, and blonde wood provide a natural earthy quality.

  2. Pleated linen pendant light hanging above an oval white dining table with linen-covered chairs in front of sheer curtains

Match the Blade Type to the Room

Choose UV-stable, rust-proof ABS blades for outdoor areas like patios and pergolas, such as those on the IP66 wet-rated Lucci Air Abyss. For indoor rooms, timber or acrylic blades look great and run quietly.

  3. Chrome ceiling fan with clear retractable blades and a crystal light fitting above a bed with white and blush pillows

    Choose Your Fan Size

Measure your room and ceiling height first, then size your fan:

    • Up to 75 sq. ft.: 48"
    • 76 to 144 sq. ft.: 48" to 52"
    • 145 to 225 sq. ft.: 56"
    • 226 to 400 sq. ft.: 56" to 80"
  4. Taupe table lamp with a wide domed shade on a stone surface in front of a brown tile wall

Choose an AC or DC Motor

While all ceiling fans can save you money on your power bills, DC (direct current) fans deliver the ultimate power and performance. DC motors consume 75% less electricity than standard AC ceiling fans.
